2025 Annual report

For Surfing Moms, 2025 was about taking a leap of faith.

Since 2018, we have been a volunteer organization run by moms with a few hired contractors along the way. During the last few years, we’ve grown to to have dozens of Surf Swap groups and hundreds of members, and grown a few one-off programs along the way. With that in mind, and so much potential for the organization, we did something big: hired our first Executive Director.

This move marks a new era for Surfing Moms. With our first employee - albeit part-time - we’ve been able to start fully envisioning the future of the organization.

But before we do that, a look back at what we were able to accomplish last year.
