One Year Only - Surfing Moms (for Gift Card and Fellowship use only)

If you are not using a gift card or Fellowship membership, please return and enroll in the Annual Membership.

This one-time membership is reserved for Surfing Moms participants using gift cards and Fellowships and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After 12 months, this membership will expire, and participants must enroll in an Annual Membership to continue attending Surfing Moms meet-ups, or reapply for a Fellowship.

A signed waiver (Release and Disclosure) is required before attending any Surfing Moms beach meet-up.
